Summit Music Center’s Virtual Open Mic is an extension of our popular student and instructor live music showcase. Our Open Mic series features instructors and students of Summit, and has happened regularly at Summit Music Center in Manchester, CT. With the ongoing quarantine, Summit is thrilled to move our series online, with students and faculty submitting casual videos shot in their homes and home studios, as well as past performances.
We are inviting our instructors and students to submit their home videos of their home performances.
Fun and casual is key, so don’t be too fussy about sound and production! Find a quiet, well-lit place at home, and press record on your phone, tablet, or computer’s camera. Get as creative and as technologically involved as you are able.
